PT Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Tbk. is an Indonesia-based financial institution.

Bank Saudara was founded in 1906 by ten merchants of Pasar Baru in Bandung, West Java. In 1991, Medco Group entered into Controlling Shareholders. In 1993, operate as a commercial bank under the name "PT. HS Bank 1906 " followed by the change of logo. In 2006, company became a public / open, and bank's corporate identity changed to Bank Saudara. In 2008, permit to operate a Foreign Exchange Bank.

As of September 30, 2012,Bank saudara is supported by 15 branch offices, 69 supporting branches, 18 cash offices, 42 automated teller machines (ATM) and 3 mobile offices.
On 14 March 2012, Bank Saudara announced a plan to merge with Bank Woori Indonesia, Indonesian subsidiary of  Woori Bank of South Korea.
 
Bank Saudara has achieved various prestigious awards, and the new one's is  Platinum trophy award 2012 in category " Financial Performance Assessment For ten years in a row from 2002-2011 ", held by infobank magazine The bank is also achieved  best of the best award 2011 in category the list top 40 performing small and midsized companies held byForbes magazin and achieved ABFI award 2011 in category the best performance banking 2011 

Since 16 March 2012 Bank Saudara lead by Farid Rahman, S.E, M.B.A as President Commissioner  and Yanto M Purbo M.B.A held as President Director starting from since 26 May 2011

Bank Saudara has products and services include savings and checking accounts, fixed deposits, credit loans and other banking services, namely : transfer, inkaso, kliring, payment of telephone and telecommunications, banking mediation, western union, banassurance, international banking, kustodian service, anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism, and ATM.
